Circular no. SEBI/HO/DDHS/P/CIR/2022/0063, Dated: 13.05.2022

The SEBI, considering MCA vide Circular dated May 5, 2022, extending the relaxations from dispatching of physical copies of the annual report for the year 2022 has decided to provide relaxation to a listed entity from the requirement of sending a hard copy of the annual report to the holders of non-convertible debt securities under Regulation 58(1) of LODR who have not registered their email addresses either with the listed entity or with any depository up to December 31, 2022.

Earlier, this relaxation was applicable till December 31, 2021. The Circular shall come into force with immediate effect.
