The ITR filing due date for AY 2025-26 depends on the type of taxpayer. For individuals and non-audit cases, the due date is 15th September 2025. For assessees required to get their accounts audited under the Income-tax Act or any other law, including companies and firms, the due date is 31st October 2025. In cases where a taxpayer is required to furnish a Transfer Pricing (TP) Audit Report in Form 3CEB, the filing due date is extended to 30th November 2025.
