India International Bullion Exchange IFSC Limited gets recognition under IFSCA (Bullion Exchange) Regulations, 2020

Notification No. 329/IFSCA/Bullion MIIs/2021-22., Dated 06.12.2022

The IFSC Authority, after considering the application by India International Bullion Exchange IFSC Limited, Gujarat for grant of recognition under Regulation 4 of the IFSCA (Bullion Exchange) Regulations, 2020 and being satisfied that it would be in the interest of the trade, bullion market and also in the public interest to do so, has granted the renewal of recognition to it as Bullion Exchange and Bullion Clearing Corporation for one year, commencing on the 09.12.2022 to 08.12.2023 in respect of bullion spot delivery contract and bullion depository receipt with underlying bullion, subject to certain conditions.
