Notification No. 32/2015-2020 dated September 14th, 2022
The DGFT has issued notification to revise the import policy of PET Flakes. Now the import of PET Flakes shall be permitted after obtaining NOC from Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change and an authorisation from DGFT.
