Notification No. IFSCA/2021-22/GN/REG022, Dated 23-02-2022
IFSCA has notified the International Financial Services Centres Authority (Performance Review Committee) Regulations, 2022. The regulations prescribe norms for the operation and functions of the performance review committee. The regulations also prescribe norms w.r.t. to Constitution and Composition of Committee, scope of review by Committee, compliance and governance, risk management, access to information and meetings, meetings and coordination, complaint handling system, and reporting requirements for the performance review committee.
