ICSI Council Approves Revised Format of Annual Secretarial Compliance Report

Earlier, the ICSI revised the format of the Annual Secretarial Compliance Report (ASCR) to ease the process for Practicing Company Secretaries issuing the ASCR. As per Regulation 24A of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, a listed entity and its material unlisted Indian subsidiaries are required to annex an ASCR by the PCS in its annual report. The revised format was placed on the agenda for approval at the Council Meeting.
