Circular No. IBBI/CIRP/60/2023, Dated: 01.09.2023
Earlier, IBBI allowed Insolvency Professional Entities (IPEs) to enrol, register, and act as IPs for conducting insolvency processes under the IBC. However, the facility for submitting the CIRP Forms was not made available to the IPEs acting as IPs; hence, these IPEs were unable to submit the relevant CIRP Forms. Now, the said facility for submitting the CIRP Forms has been extended to IPEs acting as IPs. The CIRP forms filed till 30.09.2023 shall not attract any fee.
