IBBI with an objective to evolve the regulatory framework and to ensure the effectiveness of the regulation invites comments from the public, including the stakeholders, on the regulations already notified under the Code till date. The comments can be submitted by visiting the IBBI website and following the procedure as prescribed therein. The comments can be submitted till 31st December, 2022.
