IBBI hikes fees for registration of ‘Information Utilities’

Notification No. IBBI/2022-23/GN/REG098, dated: 20.09.2022
The IBBI has notified the IBBI (Information Utilities) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2022. Now fee for making an application for registration as an information utility has been increased to Rs. 10 lakh. Earlier, the prescribed fee was Rs. 5 Lakh. Further, the fee for obtaining registration certification has been hiked to Rs. 1 Crores from Rs. 50 lakhs. This Notification is effective from 01.10.2022.
