Circular No. No. IBBI/LAD/72/2024, Dated 09.05.2024
As IPs have first-time access and information on all the important judicial orders affecting the processes handled by them under the IBC, 2016, the IBBI has decided that the Insolvency Professionals (IPs) shall upload prescribed judicial orders pertaining to their respective assignments on their dashboard. Such judicial orders include Admission orders, Approval of Resolution plan orders, Liquidation orders, Stay of the insolvency process, Dissolution orders, etc.
