IBBI Amends Compliance Certificate Form to Include Enhanced Disclosures for Improved Transparency in CIRP

The IBBI has notified the IBBI (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2025. As per the amended norms, IBBI has substituted Form H relating to ‘Compliance Certificate’ to be submitted by the resolution professional along with a resolution plan to the Adjudicating Authority under Reg. 39(4). Form H has been enhanced to include more detailed information, such as details related to SRA, implementation of the plan, and income tax losses, among others.
