Instruction No. 26/2022- Customs dated October 6th, 2022
The CBIC has earlier issued Instruction No. 18/2022 dated August 12th, 2022 to inform that health certificate shall be accompanied with import of certain food consignments based on reference from FSSAI. Now, it is clarified that an integrated or single certificate incorporating food safety related requirements will also be accepted. It may be ensured that integrated certificate shall incorporate all the information as per format notified by FSSAI.
