Office Memorandum A-50050/150/2018-CESTAT-DOR Dated July 6th, 2022
The GST Council has constituted a Group of Ministers (GoM) for GST Appellate Tribunal (GSTAT) which shall give a report to the Council by 31st July, 2022. This GoM on GSTAT shall recommend necessary amendments required in the GST laws and may consult legal experts.
