Notification No. 32/2022-Central Excise dated October 1st, 2022
The Government has removed the Special Additional Excise Duty leviable on Aviation Turbine Fuel. Also, the Special Additional Excise Duty has been reduced to Rs. 8000 per tonne on Petroleum Crude.
In this regard, notification has been issued to amend Notification No. 18/2022-Central Excise, dated July 19th, 2022, which shall be effective from October 2nd, 2022.
