NOTIFICATION No, S.O. 37(E)., Dated 04-01-2022
Central Government, after consultation with the Unique Identification Authority of India, permits the reporting entity namely, “M/s. PNB Housing Finance Limited”to perform authentication under the Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery of Financial and Other Subsidies, Benefits and Services) Act, 2016 for the purposes of section 11A of the Prevention of Money-laundering Act, 2002.
