India-Kyrgyz Republic DTAA; double taxation; prevention of fiscal evasion

Notification No. 135/2021, dated 08-12-2021

The Ministry of Finance (FinMin) has notified the Protocol, amending the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of India and the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic for the avoidance of double taxation and for the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income (DTAA).
The agreement was first signed at New Delhi on 13-04-1999 and later at Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic on 14-06-2019.
