Notification no. S.O. 3462(E), Dated: 22.07.2022
The Central Government has appointed persons as Judicial Members and Technical Members in the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) for a period of four years from the date of assumption of charge mentioned against the name of each such member, or till attaining the age of sixty-seven years, whichever is the earlier.
