Notification No. G.S.R. 607(E), Dated: 03.10.2024
The Government has notified Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Form of Annual Statement of Accounts) Amendment Rules, 2024. As per the amended norms, the annual statement of accounts of the Investor Education and Protection (IEPF) Authority shall be signed by the Chairperson and the Chief Executive Officer. Earlier, the same was signed by the Chairperson and one member.
