Notification No. 36/2022-Central Excise dated November 1st, 2022
The Government has increased the Special Additional Excise Duty leviable on Aviation Turbine Fuel to Rs. 5 per litre. Earlier, the Special Additional Excise Duty at the rate of Rs. 3.5 per litre was levied on Aviation Turbine Fuel. In this regard, notification has been issued to amend the Notification No. 18/2022-Central Excise, dated July 19th, 2022.
