The Central Government, with the concurrence of the Chief Justice of the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi has designated the Court of Additional Sessions Judge-03, South-West District, Dwarka, Delhi, as a Special Court for the purposes of providing a speedy trial of offences as per section 26A of the SEBI Act, 1992, Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956 and section 22 C of the Depositories Act, 1996.
