Govt. delegates power to NFRA to appoint its top officials; National Financial Reporting Authority

NOTIFICATION No, S.O. 35(E)., Dated 04-01-2022

Central Government has delegated its powers section 132(11) of the Companies Act, 2013 to the National Financial Reporting Authority for the purpose of the appointment to the posts of Chief General Manager (CGM), General Manager (GM), Deputy General Manager (DGM), Assistant General Manager (AGM), Manager, Assistant Manager, Personal or General Assistant, Sr. PS., Private Secretary and Driver in the said Authority.
