The Central Government has now authorised the Chairperson of the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai to discharge also the functions of Chairperson of the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Delhi for deciding appeals in the matter of ‘Ramesh Kumar & Anr. Vs SBI & Ors.’, Punjab National Bank Vs. M/s Sundar Nagar Integrated Rural Development Association (SIRDA), Yogesh Jain & Ors. vs Central Bank of India & Ors and Central Bank of India vs Yogesh Jain & Ors.

This is in addition to his existing role as the Chairperson of the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai.
