Govt. appoints Registrar of Companies (ROCs) as adjudicating officers under the LLP Act 2008

Order no. S.O. 622(E), Dated: 11.02.2022

MCA has appointed ROCs as adjudicating officers under the LLP Act, 2008 and defined their jurisdiction. The order further provides that the appeal if any is to be filed before the concerned Regional Director (RD) having jurisdiction over the adjudicating offices shall be disposed of in accordance with the notification of GOI. For the State of Sikkim, jurisdictional powers shall be vested with RD. This order shall come into force with effect from 01st April 2022.
