Public Notice No. II/21022/23 (22)/2020-FCRA-III dated 24.03.2023
The Govt., in the public interest, has further extended the validity of FCRA registration certificates up to 30.09.2023 or till the date of disposal of the renewal application, whichever is earlier. The validity of certificates has also been extended for those entities whose validity was earlier extended till 31.03.2023.
Also, the validity of those FCRA entities whose 5 years validity period is expiring between 01.04.2023 to 30.09.2023 and who have applied for renewal before the expiry of 5 years validity period, stands extended up to 30.09.2023 or till the date of disposal of the renewal application, whichever is earlier.
