Notification no. G.S.R. 389(E), Dated: 24.05.2022
The Central Government has notified Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises Fund (Amendment) Rules, 2022. A new clause has been inserted in rule 5 of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Fund Rules, 2016 which states that the composition of the governing council shall also include the Minister of State in the Ministry of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, who will be appointed as Vice-Chairperson ex officio.
