The report, based on stakeholder feedback and FTSE 350 market data, underscores the expansion of the sustainability assurance market.
The SEC has charged a company and its owner for misleading investors about their AI-driven trading platform, falsely raising $4 million. The owner has been penalized with disgorgement, prejudgment interest, and a civil penalty totalling over $460,000.
