Notification No. 66/2015-20 dated April 02, 2022
The existing exemptions of imports under specified export incentive schemes (such as advance authorisation, Export Promotion of Capital Goods, Export oriented units, etc.) have been extended by the Ministry of Finance under the Customs laws up to June 30, 2022. The DGFT has made suitable amendments under Foreign Trade Policy & Hand Book of Procedure to incorporate the above amendments.
