Notification No. 06/2015-2020 Dated May 13th, 2022

The DGFT has issued notification to revise the export policy of Wheat and to put it under “prohibited Category” from the present policy of “Free Category” with immediate effect. As a transitional arrangement, export of wheat will be allowed in case of shipments where Irrevocable Letter of Credit (ICLC) has been issued on or before the date of this Notification.
