Notification No. 34/2015-2020 Dated October 4th, 2021
The Directorate General of Foreign Trade has issued notification to amend the Chapter 90 of Schedule 2 of ITC (HS) Export Policy, 2018 related to export of Syringes. Now, the export of Syringes with or without Needles falling under HSN code 90183100 or falling under any other HSN code has been put under ‘Restricted’ category with immediate effect. Earlier, it was under free policy. However, the procedure for submission and approval of application for export of syringes will be notified separately.
