Public Notice No. 32/2015-2020 Dated October 29th, 2021
The DGFT has issued public notice and existing entry at Para 2.76 of HBP of the FTP 2015-20 has been modified to bring out clarity on export policy of SCOMET items for supplies/exports from DTA to SEZ/EOU and outside the country. Now, it has been provided that the Export Authorisation is required if the SCOMET items are to be physically exported outside the country from SEZ/EOU, i.e. to another country. However, no export authorization is required for supply of SCOMET items from DTA to SEZ/EOU.
