Notification No. 17/2022-Central Excise & Notification No. 20/2022-Central Excise dated July 19th, 2022
The Government has earlier levied additional duty of excise and special additional excise duty on Petrol cleared for exports vide Notification No. 4/2022-Central Excise and Notification No. 10/2022-Central Excise dated 30th June, 2022. Now, the Government has amended these notifications to prescribe Nil rate for additional duty of excise and special additional excise duty on export of petrol. This notifications shall come into force on the 20th July, 2022.
