Notification No. No. 21/2022-Central Excise dated August 2nd, 2022
The Government has earlier levied special additional excise duty on Diesel cleared for exports vide No. 04/2022-Central Excise, dated the 30th June, 2022.
Now, the notification has been amended and the special additional excise duty has been reduced to Rs 4 per litre from Rs. 10 per litre for export of diesel. This notification shall come into force on the 3rd August, 2022.
