Notification No. 4/2022- Excise and Notification No. 10/2022- Excise dated June 30th, 2022
The Government has levied additional duty of excise and special additional excise duty on Petrol & Diesel cleared for exports. The Special Additional Excise Duty shall be leviable at Rs. 5 per litre on Petrol and Rs. 12 per litre on High Speed Diesel Oil. Also, the Additional Duty of Excise shall be leviable at Rs. 1 per litre on both Petrol and High Speed Diesel Oil.
