The MCA has decided to further extend the timeline and allow Limited Liability Partnership (LLPs) to file e- Form 11 (Annual Return) for the financial year 2021-22 without paying additional fees up to 15.07.2022. Earlier, MCA extended the timeline for filing annual returns till 30.06.2022. As per Section 35, every LLP is required to file an annual return duly authenticated with the Registrar within 60 days of closure of its Financial Year.
