Public Notice 25/2015-2020 dated September 28th, 2022
The DGFT has issued public notice to prescribe the procedure for application or issuance of Registration Certificate (RC) for import of Fresh Areca Nut under ITC(HS) 0802 80 10 without Minimum Import Price condition from Bhutan. The RC shall be valid for a maximum period of 6 months or the end of financial year whichever is earlier.
