Policy Circular No. 42/2015-2020 dated July 27th, 2022
The DGFT has received several representations from Trade and Industry seeking clarification on Non-Ferrous Metal Import Monitoring System (NFMIMS). In this regard, policy circular has been issued to provide clarification on requirement of compulsory registration under NFMIMS for imports through air mode and several other issues related to NFMIMS.
