Circular No.GST-15/30/2021-P Dated November 15th, 2021

The Tamil Nadu Government has issued clarification on issue of the production of tax invoice or bill of supply or delivery note in an electronic mode by the person in-charge of goods transport vehicle. In this clarification, it is provided that the department can’t insist for physical copy of E-way bill or documents if produced electronically in e-mail or in whatsapp or any other application by person in-charge of conveyance.
