Notification No. 39/2022-Customs (N.T.) dated April 30th, 2022
The CBIC has notified Customs Tariff (Determination of Origin of Goods under the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement between India and the United Arab Emirates) Rules, 2022. These rules shall come into force from 1st May, 2022.
