SEBI has notified the SEBI (Buy-Back of Securities) (Amendment) Regulations, 2024. Regulation 19 has been amended. As per the amended norms, the effect on the price of the company’s equity shares due to material price movements and confirmation of reported events or information may be excluded when determining the volume-weighted average market price. The amended norms are effective from 17.05.2024.
