The Central Government has appointed Shri L.V. Prabhakar, former Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer as a Part-time member of the IBBI with effect from January 27, 2025. The appointment is being made for a period of 5 years or till he attains the age of 65 years or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
