Notification No. 30-36/2022-Insolvency, Dated: 21.03.2024

Central Government has appointed Prof. M.P. Ram Mohan, Professor, Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and Shri Dinabandhu Mohapatra, Non-Executive Independent Director, Indiabulls Housing Limited as Part-time members in the IBBI with effect from 19th February, 2024. The appointment is being made for a period of five years or till they attain the age of 65 years or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
