Notification No. L-3(2)/Regl.-Gen. (Amdt.)/2024/CCI; Dated: 10.05.2024
The CCI has notified the CCI (General) Amendment Regulations, 2024. A new sub-regulation (6A) has been inserted. It states that the party seeking access to confidential information must request to set up a confidentiality ring by way of an application as soon as possible. Further, in case such a request is made by a party after receipt of the non-confidential version of the investigation report, it must be made within 10 days of receipt.
