The Government has constituted a committee for determination of ceiling rates for Remission of Duties and Taxes on Exported Products (RoDTEP) for SEZ/EoU/ AA exports. The committee has started the exercise and held its first meeting on October 25th, 2021.
Now, the CBIC has requested the Export Promotion Councils/ Commodity Boards/ Trade and Industry Associations/Chambers of Commerce to provide data w.r.t. inputs used in the respective export products for determination of RoDTEP rates. In this regard, CBIC has issued specific Performa and it is requested to share information within 3 weeks time to drawback division.
