Notification No. 11/2022 – Customs (N.T) Dated February 22nd, 2022
The CBIC has issued notification to notify Shipping Bill (Post export conversion in relation to instrument based scheme) Regulations, 2022. These regulations provide manner, time limit, conditions and restrictions for applying for post export conversion of Shipping Bill. These regulations shall apply to shipping bills or bills of export filed on or after the date of publication of these regulations in the Official Gazette.
