Notification No. 67/2022 –Customs (N.T.) dated August 8th, 2022
The CBIC has issued notification and Passenger Name Record Information Regulations, 2022 are notified. Now every aircraft is required to register with the proper officer and transfer the passenger name record information.
Every aircraft operator shall transfer passenger name record information not later than twenty four hours before the departure time or at the departure time -wheels off.
