Notification No. 19/2022–Central Tax dated September 28th, 2022
The CBIC has issued Central Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Rules, 2022 to give effect to the changes introduced by the Finance Act, 2022 which have been notified through Notification No.18/2022–Central Tax dated September 28th, 2022. These changes shall be effective from October 1st, 2022.
