Notification No. 01/2025 – Central Tax dated January 10th, 2025
The CBIC has issued notification to extend the due date of filing monthly GSTR-1 for the tax period December, 2024 till 13th January, 2025 and quarterly GSTR-1 for the tax period October to December, 2024, till 15th January, 2025.
