Notification No. 46/2022-Customs dated August 31st, 2022
The CBIC has earlier issued notifications to provide exemption from Customs Duty and Agriculture Infrastructure and Development Cess (AIDC) on import of Crude Soya-bean oil, Crude Palm oil and several other items till 30th September, 2022. Now, this exemption is extended till 31st March, 2023 and notification has been issued in this regard.
