Notification No. 16/2022-Customs Dated February 12th, 2022

The CBIC has earlier issued Notification 48/2021-Customs and Notification 49/2021-Customs to provide exemption from Customs Duty and Agriculture Infrastructure and Development Cess (AIDC) on import of Crude Soya-bean oil, Crude Palm oil and several other items. This exemption was granted till 31st March, 2022. Now, the CBIC has issued notification to extend this exemption till 30.09.2022.
