Circular No. 10/2024, dated 29-09-2024
The due date for furnishing various audit reports as prescribed under section 44AB is 30th September 2024. Considering the difficulties faced by taxpayers and other stakeholders in electronically filing various audit reports for Assessment Year 2024-25, the CBDT has decided to extend the due date from 30-09-2024 to 07-10-2024.
